This is a fantastic example of the men's pulp magazine genre of cover art by renowned Mexican illustration artist Francisco Betancourt. I believe this painting was art for S.V.C Nunca seras de El. It shows an attractive damsel in distress, being menaced by an outlaw. The medium appears to be goauche on illustration board. The colors are fantastic!
