This is a top quality tooth from a Spinosaurus aegyptiacus. This beautiful specimen measures 2.9 inches in length! This tooth was cherry picked and as far as quality goes it probably represents the top 1% of Spinosaur teeth! Spinosaurus was an enormous carnivorous dinosaur that lived in Africa during the Cretaceous (95-93 million years ago). Judging from its large conical teeth, it probably caught and ate very large fish!
