This is the simply the best Allosaurus tooth! It is a rare premaxillary tooth measuring 4.76" by .72" by .79". It has superb preservation--absolutely the best, most pristine, surfaces with a light greenish root preservation and a lovely greenish to reddish brown crown with highly lustrous enamel. This tooth has a gorgeous, perfectly flat wear facet near the tip that is the most perfectly flat facet that I have ever seen on a dino tooth. This Allosaurus fragilis tooth was found on a private ranch in San Juan County Utah in the early 1990's and has minimal restoration (see diagram). Don't let this unique specimen get away!
